Delete your library
A library is the account. Deleting it removes the account and the books in it. This cannot be undone.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in to the library.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete this library.
- Enter the current password and confirm.
You do not need the native app. digital-lib.com has the same Settings screen.
If you uninstalled the app
Install it again, or use the website, then follow the steps above. The library is on the server, not only on the device.
If you cannot sign in
You need the password or the recovery code. There is no email on the account, so nobody can reset it for you.
If you still have the recovery code, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen, set a new password, then delete the library from Settings.
If both the password and the recovery code are gone, the library cannot be opened and cannot be deleted by proving ownership. Email graysquare99@gmail.com with the library name. The operator can only act on a library they can verify is yours.
What is deleted
- The library, books, reading history, custom categories, sessions, and share link.
- Feedback notes stored against the library.
Cached cover artwork from public sources is not tied to your library and stays. Operational logs (IP, path, time) age out with the host. A feedback email already in the operator's inbox is deleted by hand if you ask.
Photographs of books were never stored. Comparison country, age, and sex were never stored on the server. On a phone, open the comparison screen and choose Forget my selection, or delete the app.
